Samsung Galaxy S4 i9506 is a TOP of the line in Mobile Network Testing handsets.
Main reason for that is that it supports most of 2G,3G.4G,LTE networks in the World,so it can be used in many Regions without need to purchase additional Test handsets.

Few Mobile testing vendors included this model in their portfolio, however I will here talk on Ascom Tems Pocket on this handset which is by my own opinion
Best product currently available on market in regards to Software applications used in Test handsets for mobile network testing.
I had chance to test it on same model of Samsung s4 i9506 I am talking about here and i have managed to make short video with some of main screens of Tems Pocket application.
You will notice in video below how it is easy to Access all menus by simply clicking icon left upper corner of screen, it opens up side menu where you have neat overview of all sub menus
And can select any of them by simply clicking on icon it represents.
One of the unique features on market is option to test LTE Cell TX Antenna Balancing
These measurements can be used to determine in real time if a newly deployed site has a problem with one of the TX antennas. Compared to traditional methods of diagnosis, this feature can reduce troubleshooting turnaround time by several days.
Also nice feature is Statistic screen, where you can see in real time percentage and time Test handsets stays on specific RAT.
